Returns & Exchanges Policy

All NoWhere Fast Co. products are made-to-order, which means we cannot accept standard returns or cancellations.

However, we do offer limited exchanges and replacements under the following conditions:

Size Exchanges

  • One-time size exchange available within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping of the original item, which must be new, unworn, and in resell-able condition.
  • Returned items are restocked into our inventory, so any item that shows wear, odors, or damage will be denied for exchange.
  • Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll ship the new size.
  • Exchanges are only offered for sizing issues and not for different designs or colors.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Photo proof is required, including the item in its original packaging.
  • Approved claims will receive a replacement at no cost.
  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for items that show wear, misuse, or intentional damage.

Final Notes

  • No returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, late claims, or used items.
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
  • As a small, made-to-order brand, these policies allow us to keep offering unique products while staying fair to all customers.
